How your support helps your local community

By entering our prize draw, you are supporting

Isle Listen

Each year, we rely on charitable fundraising, including our prize draws, to help raise much needed funds, so that we can continue supporting the mental health of our Island’s children and young people, at no cost to them or their families.

Through early intervention and prevention, we support children and young people up to the age of 25 via our educational programme in schools and one-to-one therapeutic support. We also provide a suite of wellbeing solutions to businesses and community groups to support a variety of issues including mental health training, an employee counselling service and workplace wellbeing audits.

Isle Listen relies heavily on funding for therapeutic services for 18-25 year olds, as well as our core mission of providing a preventative education programme across the Island’s schools, delivering to just over 10,000 young people per year.

Craig’s Heartstrong Foundation

An established Manx charity which was originally set up by the Lunt family in memory of their 25 year old son, Craig, a well-respected, talented and popular young Manx footballer who tragically died in April 2005. His death was due to a previously undiagnosed heart defect.

The focus of Craig’s Heartstrong Foundation is to raise the necessary funding to enable heart screening of men and women between the ages of 14 and 35 in the Isle of Man in order to detect any possible symptoms of Hypertrophic and Dilated Cardiomyopathy and thus help prevent Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS). By providing this vital screening service, they are then able to monitor and provide support to treat accordingly, any of these detectable heart defects to provide a healthy future for the island.
