Contact usThis role will be challenging and rewarding, providing an opportunity to develop both personally and professionally whilst making a real contribution to changing the way services are delivered. You will need exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to juggle competing priorities effectively. You will also need a proven track record of delivering therapies yourself in order to oversee the clinical work of the staff.
You will be operationally responsible for leading the Isle Listen clinical team, providing regular clinical supervision, as well as reflective practice and regular governance and CPD meetings with the therapists and Wellbeing Practitioners.
You will also be adept at developing and managing stakeholder relationships with other agencies and partners.
